About

C5 Projects Provides Client-Side Project Management for Property and Construction Projects.
The Principal of C5 Projects, Terry Cominakis, has over 30 years’ experience in property, construction & office fit-outs, and has worked on both the client and contractor sides of projects. This provides unique insights and a valuable perspective from which to lead and deliver projects.
Known for his pragmatic and collaborative style, Terry consistently achieves outstanding results, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and precisely to the client's brief.

Client-Side Project Management

End to end management of the design and construction process. Services include business case, design brief, procurement and management of design consultants and construction contractors, statutory approvals, defect management, operationalisation, change & relocation management, cost control, risk management, governance and reporting.

Property Development Management

Management of the entire property development process from site identification, market analysis, feasibility studies, site acquisition, development brief, equity raising, debt funding, marketing, sales, land title management and legals.

Construction Management

Management of the construction delivery process as either the construction manager or construction superintendent. 

This covers calling & assessing tenders, engagement of contractors and suppliers, managing works on site, monitoring construction progress, variation claims, payment claims, handover and defect management.
